- Our client is currently going through an exciting period of growth and have a requirement in their Oxford office for all levels of Mechanical Designers with a proven background in building services across a wide range of sectors.
The ideal candidates would meet the following requirements:
•Degree qualified or Chartered in a relevant subject preferred; applications without will be considered
•An excellent understanding of your own discipline and a good understanding of others
•Managing Projects of combined services with a value of up to £10M
•Project Design in accordance with current British standards, current Codes of Practice and industry good practice
•Ability to develop conceptual designs to meet a given brief
•Ability to communicate and work directly and effectively with Clients and all team members
•Proficient in the following design software:
Hevacomp,
IES Virtual Environment
Microsoft Office
Experience and knowledge in respect to Auto CAD MEP and Revit MEP would also be beneficial
•Willing to travel and work on overseas projects
•Strong team player.
