- Our client is looking for a Building Services Associate – to provide an engineering and management lead within our growing Building Services team
The ideal candidate should be driven by results with a proven track record and would have a relevant Building Services Engineering degree.
This role is ideal for someone seeking a career move which offers personal growth and development whilst providing opportunities to progress within a dynamic and expanding business.
Preferred experience consists of IES, Hevacomp and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and writing skills are essential.
As part of a team you will be required to prepare and manage fees, undertake site visits, prepare designs, attend project and client meetings and carry out office based functions to assist other team members, manage resource, workload and team development.
Candidates will be required to demonstrate suitable experience at interview stage.
