They specialise in Building Information Modelling (REVIT), digital design engineering (MagiCAD MEP) and sustainable building services design through Building & Energy Modelling (EDSL-TAS).
They are the largest single office of specialist building services engineers in the North West and employ over 20 building services engineers, a team of 5 building and energy modellers and REVIT technicians.
The Company is one of the leading practices in the North West, and currently enjoys positions on over 20 regional and National consultancy frameworks, including: Parliamentary Estates Directorate (Houses of Parliament), NHS SBS (National framework for NHS Trusts), NHS NOE CPC, BBC Corporation, Construction Impact Framework (CIF), NEPO, PAGABO, Fusion 21, LHC and the Girls Day School Trust.
They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join thier large and expanding team to work on a diverse range of projects across all sectors, both locally and nationally.
The successful candidate will have several years’ experience in the Healthcare, Education, & Commercial sectors and due to the security requirements of the Company’s central government contracts MUST have been resident and worked in the UK for the past 3 years.
The candidate will be capable of leading a team of engineers on large projects whilst simultaneously working independently on other projects.
Experience with REVIT, MagiCAD or EDSL-TAS is an advantage but not essential, as training will be given.
