- Our Client is a long-standing Mechanical & Electrical Services Design Consultancy operating in many sectors within the Built Environment. The Company also engages in Construction Management for some of its specialist Pharmaceutical work.A position has become available immediately for a Graduate Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join their team.DESCRIPTION:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Knowledge of IES and SBEM is an advantage
- Good computer skills
- Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
- Actively working towards Chartered Membership of CIBSE
- Knowledge in the use of AutoCAD •
- Good people management skills with a developing commercial edge
- Demonstrably confident and good interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken word
- Ambitious for both self and for company

- Maintain accurate records of time and expenses using company forms
- Work within guidelines of the company Health and Safety Policy at all times

Salary: Depending on experienceBenefits:- Holiday – 20 working days, with additional holiday after continuous employment (up to 30 working days). In addition to the Statutory Bank Holidays, our office closes over the Christmas period.
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
