The Opportunity Based at there offices in the heart of Manchester with over 20 staff covering a wide range of disciplines in property and construction, you will be part of the Building Services team that are delivering innovative solutions for our client's within the residential, educational and Commercial property sectors.
Their client list includes leading commercial and residential developers, the wider building services team deliver Building Services Engineering design to Formula One teams, high-end residential, commercial, retail, industrial, leisure and many more.
As an team member, you will be exposed to many sectors and many cultures, you would be expected to be a leader in the team and help develop business, deliver to clients and develop other team members.
Main Duties
•Assist with developing Mechanical Engineering and be part of the Building Services discipline group
•Lead the technical development of the Manchester group
•Responsible for leading and managing the Mechanical Engineering team
•Manage existing clients and develop further opportunities
•Look to grow the group on the back of new and repeat clients
•Be responsible for resourcing and delivering to a financial target About You
•Educated to degree or HND level
•Chartered Engineer
You will have experience with designing projects from conception through to completion (including calculations, drawings, specifications), whilst demonstrating commercial awareness in winning work.
