- Our Client is a leading brand and digital agency based in Dubai, they are looking for a Digital Client Services Director to join their team.
The Digital Client Services Director oversees all client service and client development activity undertaken by the Client Service Team with regard to digital projects. The DCSD works to develop the client service provision in order to deliver project requirements and build better and more profitable client relationships.
The Client Service Team includes Account Handlers and Project Managers. They work closely with heads of all departments to ensure the highest standard of delivery across the agency.
In addition, the Digital Client Service Director takes an active role in the management/direction of both existing and prospective clients.
The Digital Client Service Director contributes to the strategic and operational management of the business.
Job Requirements:
§ representing the agency at a senior level with clients;
§ recruitment and performance management of the Digital Client Service Team;
§ working with other business heads to ensure quality product/service delivery;
§ working with the senior management team to ensure commercial objectives are met;
§ at a senior level, liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively;
§ management of Digital CS team to ensure active retention and development of existing clients to maximise revenues;
§ development of new business – researching leads and pitching for new business;
§ meeting and liaising with clients to discuss andidentify their requirements;
§ working with agency colleagues to ensure delivery of projects/campaigns that meet the client’s brief and budget;
§ presenting, alongside agency colleagues - particularly the Business Development, Client Services and Creatives, campaign/project ideas and budgets to the client;
§ working with BD and CS Colleagues/Production Manager/other colleagues to brief creative, and suppliers, and assisting with the formulation of digital marketing strategies;
§ managing third party suppliers;
§ using an existing network of industry contacts to generate revenue;
§ negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;
§ presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;
§ handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients;
§ writing client contact reports;
§ monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns/projects;
§ maintaining WorkflowMax and ensuring consistent administration across the team;
§ working with finance to ensure invoicing is correct and cash flow issues are dealt with.

This will be coupled with upwards of 5 - 10 years’ industry experience.Previous supervisory experience is essential.
