Job Summary

Serves as a technical expert in electrical and fire alarm system of building engineering.

Responsible and plays a key role in design, tender management 

Proactively support team leader and coordinate with project manager in work and resource planning.

Mentoring and coaching junior engineer.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor degree in Building Services, electrical and fire alarm system.

Over 10 years post-qualification experience in design and building services management,

Registered / Chartered Engineer of a recognized professional institution.

Solid technical knowledge.

Broad Experience in design for varying building types.

Specialized in design for high-profile projects and complex institutional building.

Specialized in tender management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high responsibility.

Able to work under pressure.
